Valora Capital Partners is a partner-led investor in industrial and logistics properties, focused primarily on overlooked assets of 1,500–15,000 m² in Belgium and selectively across neighbouring European markets.
We create value through active ownership, including leasing, lease optimisation, energy improvements and targeted investment in the building.
Why Valora exists.
Valora was established to invest in a part of the industrial property market where smaller transaction sizes and asset-level complexity create opportunities for active, local ownership.
It is built for a few situations in particular:
Family offices and private investors who no longer wish to manage their industrial property actively and want a reliable buyer.
Businesses that want to free up capital tied up in their building, through a sale or a sale-and-leaseback, to reinvest in their operations.
Owners of older buildings who need a buyer able to carry out the leasing, maintenance and energy work.
How we work.
Co-investment
Valora acquires industrial buildings alongside a small number of professional investors and family offices, each on a deal-by-deal basis, and invests its own capital in every acquisition.
