Co-investment
Co-investment
Valora acquires industrial buildings alongside a small number of professional investors and family offices.
Each building is acquired through a dedicated company on a deal-by-deal basis. Valora invests its own capital in every acquisition, alongside its co-investors. Co-investors decide independently whether to participate in each acquisition and, where they do, take the key decisions relating to the building together with Valora.
This website is for general corporate information only. It does not constitute an offer or invitation to invest, and no investment opportunities or investment terms are made available through this website. Valora does not accept investments from the public.
